Last updated: August 12, 2026

Stephenson Institute for Cybersecurity & AI ("we," "us," or "the Institute") respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website, stephensoninstitute.com.

Information we collect

Information you give us

When you request an AI Opportunity Session or otherwise contact us, we collect the details you choose to provide, which may include your name, work email, company, role, company size, location, and anything you type in the message field.

Information collected automatically

We keep our footprint small. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking. If we use website analytics, we use a privacy-friendly, cookieless service that reports aggregate traffic only and does not identify you personally.

How we use your information

  • To respond to your request and schedule a session.
  • To communicate with you about our services and your inquiry.
  • To keep records of our business inquiries.

We do not sell or rent your information.

Service providers

We rely on a few trusted providers who process information on our behalf:

  • Form handling: our contact form is processed by Formspree, which delivers your submission to us by email.
  • Hosting: this site is hosted on Cloudflare's network.

These providers are bound by their own privacy and security commitments and use your information only to provide their service to us.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain reasonable business records, then delete it when it is no longer needed.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you have shared with us. Email tony@stephensoninstitute.com and we will take care of it.

Children

This site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
